I have the same problem! For me, fruit is the culprit so I try to cut back on that. :) (And I keep my diary closed too, haha)

You... you are simply my favorite. <3

I wish people would realize that there are good and bad fats, and good and bad cholesterol, and good and bad whatever the heck. Learning this, and being aware of the difference = more important than cutting something out of your life because "ZOMG SO MUCH FATZ."

23, blood disorder. Vitamins (supps included) don't absorb into my blood, they just pass right through (painfully). MFP has helped a bit, because while it still doesn't stick too well, it's better for me to try to get the vitamins from food than from a pill. So I can track a few of the vitamins on here and see how much I'm…

Haha I'll be back after when I've reached the "success" stage, promise! xD

That's why I hate jogging around my neighborhood. It's 90% retirees around here, so anytime I'm out these people keep stopping me. "OHHHH we haven't seen you in so LONNNNG! How's your mom and dad? You got so biiiig! What grade are you in now?! (which kills me because I haven't been in a "grade" in a while lol)" etc etc.…

People are trying to give you suggestions. :]

You look FANTASTIC! :D 13 inches?! That's incredible!!! Thanks so much for showing your results! :D You're a great inspiration!
-
LOL that's not what I expect at all! On the contrary, I'm looking for some accounts from people who DON'T have that much to lose, overall, haha. Inches lost would definitely be nice and I really hope to see that, but I certainly don't have any of these "box expectations." Just looking for some folks to relate to, since…

Yay! :D I'm THRILLED to see that people lost inches, that means a lot more to me than pounds (although it wouldn't hurt, haha. I wouldn't sneeze at a few less pounds!). Those are incredible results, thanks so much for sharing! I hope I get results, too, haha. I'm glad that it seems like people are having results, I'm only…

Hey! :D 30 Day Shred is a 30-day exercise regimen by trainer Jillian Michaels. There are 3 levels, each level is an increase in intensity/difficulty. You do each level for 10 days, totaling 30 days! :D hth!

I've been hovering between 135 and 145 for the past 4 years. I'm at 5'9 so the range is already healthy for my height, which makes it SO incredibly stubborn and hard to come off. What a lot of people don't get is that just because it's in the healthy range, doesn't mean I want to feel jiggling everywhere every time I take…

everyone here is so pretty! :) my HW was around 160-170 lbs in high school. Since then I slowly dropped weight and am sitting at about 139 now. I don't have any pictures (sorry!) but I'd like to get to about 130-135 before I start to maintain. :) EDIT: oh, i forgot to add - i'm 5'9"!

personally, if I comment at all, it's on a positive status that the person wrote themselves, lol. i err on the side of caution.

I keep it private because I've had people jump down my throat for eating fast food *once* (out of all of the days), and cheesecake once. Nooo thank you, those people can continue to pick themselves apart, and I'll be over here NOT cutting everything unhealthy out of my life forever, lol. My food diary is for my use, mostly…

I like you. I like you and your face. And the food from the Cheesecake Factory I ate earlier today likes you too, just saying.

lime juice. straight up.

I think there are less cavemannish ways to send a request than "you look hot." Not being hard on guys for being guys, because that would imply that all guys are impolite jerks, which they're not. :) A simple "Hi! Looking for fitness friends!" or a "Saw you on the ____ thread, liked the comments you made!" would be good.…

I agree with fiberartist. You need vegetables—fruit and vegetables are NOT interchangeable. It's great that you eat fruit, but the nutrients in fruit are not the same as those in vegetables. Not to mention, fruit has natural sugar, which is still sugar. Fruit-sugar is better than processed sugar, but still not great.…

There is no way that is enough food to sustain you, first of all. Second of all, not so balanced, especially if you eat the same thing every day.
