I've been hovering between 135 and 145 for the past 4 years. I'm at 5'9 so the range is already healthy for my height, which makes it SO incredibly stubborn and hard to come off. What a lot of people don't get is that just because it's in the healthy range, doesn't mean I want to feel jiggling everywhere every time I take a step, lol. My current goal is 135 and toned and then go from there if need be. I'm stuck at 139 and HATING IT. I've been stuck for over a month on this plateau, lol. But you're right, when you don't have a lot to lose it's so much harder :(

Hey girl! I'm also 5'8" and started at 149.3, so higher end I think. I'm at 131 right now, aiming for 128. I'm gonna shoot you an add if you don't mind, since we have such similar goals! :)

Anyways, (you can read more about this on my profile page) I started last May and lost about 9 lbs from changing my eating habits alone. Last semester I maintained 140 while I finished college because I was too stressed to concentrate on my health. Now that I've graduated, I started in January and have since lost 9 lbs. I've done this through using MFP set at 1270 calories and through doing Turbo Fire workouts ~6 times a week :) It's been slow, about a lb or less a week of loss, but that's what I wanted because I really want to tone and get stronger at the same time!

I've focused on eating healthy whole foods (most of the time :P) and working out and watching calories!

Looking forward to losing with you!

Wow, huge difference in your butt from not lifting to lifting. Great job! I'm hoping to get the same results you did and raise that bum!
