Just 2. :) Wow some members of myfitnesspal is not into healthy nutrition, or that there are people who have healed their bodies of developed allergies. Google it or see a doctor who actually specializes in food allergies and get informed. :)

Wrong doctor who specializes in allergies and who helped me get rid of allergies I developed in the past. There are doctors out there who do more than just prescribing a pill. There are doctors who are interested in healing.

My regular diet consist of whole fresh foods with tons of fiber. I drink lots of water with fresh juices and will add green smoothie this week. Green smoothies consist of tons of fiber from fruits, vegetables, chia or flaxseeds and omega 3 oils.

Its true. Doctors who specialize in food allergies know how to get rid of allergies you develop later in life. Inherited allergies are for life, unfortunately.

I am going with fresh. When you have food allergies it is very necessary to cleanse your body. It works. An allergist or doctor who deals with food allergies knows how best to get rid of food allergies you may develop. Inherited allergies are for life. Allergies you develop you can get rid of them.

When you have food allergies, your body can't digest foods you are allergic to very well. It builds up in the colon. When you cleanse the built up, the allergy you developed is resolved.

There are allergies you inherit and there are allergies you develop. You can get rid of the later, know that from experience and the doctors who deal with allergies know what they are doing. Results speaks volumes.
