im 5'9 and my doctor and me agreed that 170-185 is a good weight( thats what i was in high school and she said my bmi was good and i looked healthy!)

so my boss has rheumatoid arthritis and shes on some different injections...and she has a jacuzzi tub she soaks in the losen up her joins so she can exercise she was even saying her doctor can write a prescription to help pay for part of a hot tub if she wanted . so maybe if you joined a gym and rested you joints before…

so me and my husband are wanting to have children within the next five years...and i no that at this weight it defently would delay my chances and i wouldnt be the 100% mom i would need to be! so this sorta counts?

its crazy i got my merina out yesterday and ate regular...but added a candy bar and chips and pritty much over my calories like 100.....and i weighed myself this smorning and im down 2 lbs overnight! CRAZY!

sooo i would say maybe get some dry shampoo and stray it in before you work out and it might suck up some of the sweat but otherwise like the other people say look at is as success!

Hey, my names Meta, im from Wisconsin and im looking to lose 75 lbs starting tomorrow im just gonna try to eat healthy no processed foods and just leaner meats and veggies and fruit. gonna work out 4-5 days a week and hopefully lose 10 lbs a month!
