So glad I found this thread! 11 weeks PP, breastfeeding, and haven't lost any pregnancy weight yet. Just wanted to add that my OB shared about 1/3 of the moms in her practice don't lose any weight until they are done nursing. Calorie deficit alone doesn't necessarily solve the problem because of the body's hormone…

Check out Jackie's Circuit Training workouts! They are a great way to tone up (she talks about getting "red carpet ready"). These are two DVDs I've tried. Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training (2010) Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (2009)…

I'd like to lose 13 pounds by XMAS!

Feel free to add me, too! I'm a WW and MFP user. I like the online/app support through MFP better, but really like the accountability of meetings and weigh-in's in person at WW. Best of luck!

Baby Bell's and string cheese are some of my favorite snacks! I usually have one with a piece of fruit in the afternoon. Only 50-80 calories, and between 6-8 grams of protein.

I'm in for a challenge! I would like to try to lose a pound a week, so I would be in for a ~ 12 lb challenge by XMAS.

I'd like to join!

Great challenge, I'm definitely on board! I wrote in my little Weight Watchers tracker just today that my goal is "no snacking after 10pm."

I'm a little over 5'4'' and hoping to be less than 145 lb, to get to a healthy weight! I set my WW goal to lose thirty pounds, so that'd be 142.6. Also, non-scale goal: a size 8! And a two-piece bathing suit or bikini would be nice ;-)

You can feel free to add me, too! I try to net around 1,300 a day -- I usually try to burn between 300-500 calories a day from exercise. Lot's of people have made great suggestions here. I upped my protein to 80-100 grams a day, and I've found that's helped a lot (adding in more greek yogurt, whey protein powder, egg…

Kickboxing for Dummy's and Biggest Loser's Cardio Blast are two of my favorite cardio DVDS!

164.2 pounds this week -- after Thanksgiving, I'll take even a small loss!

baked sweet potato, vegetable or chicken soup, or a Kashi pizza do it for me when I need some healthy comfort food. I'm sorry for your loss, hang in there!

I'm at 164.5 this week, thanks for updating! (Or should I put it in the google doc myself? I'm happy to, either way!)

Shalimarmandy: wooo hoooo, way to go!! and happy (belated) birthday!

don't be discouraged by a small bump along the way -- you can do it! good luck getting back on track this week!

... and my goal for the coming week: see if I can do 2 days (2 out of 7) where I am below my calories/points, and try my best this weekend not to overindulge. (Last weekend: chocolate cake, halloween parties, booze, Thai food with families, oy vey!). If I can lose 1.4lbs by next week, then I will hit my 5% mark at WW and…

Good morning! I tried posting today's weight in the Google Doc, but think I might have screwed something up -- my apologies! Down 1.2 lbs this week! Today's weigh in at Weight Watchers: 165.2. This week I really focused on trying to stay within my points and calories as best as I could and worked out every day. Guess it…

Hey Everyone! I hope I can still join the November Challenge and Support Group. I recently re-joined Weight Watchers, trying to lose these last 30 pounds, and really enjoy the online MFP community. My November starting weight: 166.4 lbs. My goal weight (for now) is 145 lbs. Goals for November: 1) Lose 1lb every week or…
