You may need to change exercise also. Your body gets use to your works and when it does that you need to change it so you don't have the plateau...

Set it to light activity.. I have no change in calorie in take if i do light or active... So I leave it at light and just keep logging my work outs.

Change is what you do is the only way to get over it. I had that happen when I was running. Then I changed it to belly dancing for a while and then changed it to walking with a friend. The more you change it up the better. Change keeps your body guessing...

What keeps me going is know that I will feel better when I am to my goal. I am also getting married and want to look wonderful when I finally get into my dress. When I put it on it was a little tight. I hope that the lose of 16lbs will make a difference in how it fits.
