Looking for misfit tracker friends.
I am trying to get back on track after 4 years. I have put on so much weight I am not happy with myself. I put most of it on due to now having a sit down job for the last 3 years and add little as happy weight since I got married in 2013. I really need some friends who understand.

Is one greek yogurt better than others? Are any really good?
I have tried dannon and oikos and I hated the bitter taste! Any suggestions?

Help not sure how to log in or if I can?
I just got done working and being on my feet walking for the last 5 hours. I was sweeping mopping ect. How do I log that into exercise? I am not sure how to.

Fast food Challenge
I have seen posts about people giving up fast food and I know that can be hard. Even harder if you have kids doing sports and add that you work. Fast food is convenient. Tips, recipes and more
I was wondering if anyone had tips they have used for losing weight. One I have used for years is for going out to eat. If I get to go I always remove half the food from my plate. I skip fries and get a veggie instead. I make my own salad dressings and veggie dips to cut back on fat also.
