The vanilla one from Trader Joes is fantastic. Much better than the others that I have tried.0

Fage is the only brand I eat though everyone also raves about Chobani0

i have noticed that a lot of people on MFP eats greek yogurt on a daily basis, can anyone explain me why?0

I love Chobani. The pineapple is my favorite!0

Chobani Greek Yogurt is great. But a bit on the expensive side. Plus, the flavors taste better than the other brands I've tried. Give it a try.0

Depends on what you mean by better! Look at the nutritional info and the variety of cultures used to chose a "better" cup of yogurt. As for flavor, I wouldn't know as I don't like yogurt. LOL! It's a mix-in for recipes for me!0

It might be the protein in it. It has more than most.0 -
I love Chobani. The pineapple is my favorite!
THIS!!!!!!!!
I joke that if I wasn't such a lady, I'd like the container clean. It taste like a dessert!0 -
chobani Black cherry. Make sure you stir them well.0

fage. i only buy the plain. 0%, 2% and the full fat. all are delicious. if im feeling saucy, i add my flavors from there.0

I've tried several and the best I've found is Fage. I like to eat the peach with a pack of Breakfast To Go Maple and Brown Sugar for breakfast. The strawberry and cherry are really good too. The yogurt itself is a bit bitter, something you have to aquire a taste for, but with the fruit and the granola added in, it's one of my favorite things for breakfast or snack.0

Chobani is delicious! They just came out with apple cinnamon and blod orange flavors stir well and enjoy!0

I buy plain fage.
I'm pretty sure Dannon isn't real greek yogurt. If it says "greek yogurt" read the ingredients. Most of the bigger labels (like yoplait, for instance) just add modified corn starch to give a thicker texture, instead of actually doing the straining process involved with making greek yogurt.
I like chobani, too, for flavors. But I've since stopped buying flavored yogurt.0 -
Depends what you want in a yogurt.
Chobani is a pretty thick yogurt
Voskos is thin
and Fage is kind of in the middle.0 -
Don't get Dannon or Yoplait, it's not real Greek yogurt.
Chobani and Fage are both very popular. My favorite is Chobani pomegranate. Plain is also very good with honey.0 -
I started with Chobani and then tasted Fage and there was no comparison. I only will eat the FAGE now and think it tastes wonderful. They have the fruit kind, which I started with and now I just buy plain and add fresh fruit. The Dannon and Oikos really can't compare to Fage either IMHO.
Also, overseas they make it a bit sweeter by adding sugar. This is more of a European style way of eating it. Try a natural sweetener.
Hope you find one that you enjoy.0 -
Love Fage yogurt! Try the full fat versions of greek yogurt as they taste much better than reduced fat. You will find a vast difference in taste and texture with more fat. Check dates on carton too.0

Was it plain yogurt? I like Oikos with fruit or vanilla. Those are good. It took a few times eating it and now I love it. My kids eat it too.0

Fate, but it does not bring me out in a rash, I am dairy intolerant, though we do not get the fruit kind in the uk, did e mail them.0

I like Chobani, Fage, and Oikos. Actually, I like any and all brands of Greek yogurt!
Why Greek? Less calories, more protein, and an incredibly delicious texture and taste.
If you don't like the taste of plain, then I'd pick a vanilla or fruit flavor. More calories and sugar, yes, but it's still much healthier than regular yogurt. I really like Chobani's nonfat black cherry.0 -

Because it's gorgeous! Simple as that! And it can be used as a substitute for cream and mayonnaise. I even put it on my chips/fries!0 -

I am a lady, and I still lick the containers clean, lol.
I love the 0% flavors for sure, but I am not a sweet freak so I get the plain 0% and put a little sea salt in it for breakfast. Yum!
I also used the plain big container of Chobani recently and mixed in some onion soup and made a tasty low cal dip for my veggies.0 -
I like to use plain nonfat greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream in recipes or on a taco or baked potato. No, it is NOT the same, but I find it a better alternative taste wise than fat free sour cream.0

For taste and nutrition, I haven't found anything better than Fage.0

I love Chobani. The pineapple is my favorite!

I've never loved the bitter/tart taste either, but yogurt can be a pretty healthy food...and it has protien and can be filling...i used to try yoplaits and that type of "fruited" yogurt, but honestly, half the time i wouldn't eat them....then i started on greek yogurt...the fage brand, because their 0% fat actually did taste to me more like sour cream (which i do like!) than yogurt...i've tried the ciobanni and volskos and every other brand, and fage is the only one i can tolerate and i actually love it. It still takes some getting used to, but i buy the individuals with the fruit on the side, so instead of it all mixed together, i started getting used to the taste of the yogurt, soothing it with a dip into the fruit side...now i love it with or without fruit.
I also think vanilla from trader joes (not sure the brand) is really good....0 -
I hate your regular greek yogurt, but I love the Chobani with the fruit in it. Passion Fruit is my favorite one. As I write this I am eating some chobani vanilla yogurt with a tbsp of peanut butter, a tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup, and some granola mixed in.0

My favorite is Chobani Raspberry or Peach! They are soo delish!!!0

I've had oikos--it was ok.
Nostimo is good but so is Chobani and I think the ingredients are better in Chobani. Chobani peach has been my favorite that I have tried. I've also had Chobani strawberry banana and the strawberries were a little too tart for me. I won't buy that one again. I really want to try the Chobani black cherry and a couple other varieties.
And yes, I eat it daily b/c it's delicious and tastes like dessert to me.0
