Ideal Weight Calculation: Results: According to your height of 5' 3" your ideal healthy weight is 126 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 112 and 140 pounds. one of the best ones I have had said to me " you'd be pretty if you were skinny" - the next "you have a pretty face" I just reply with "yeah. shame about the rest of me" haha.

I listen to mash-ups like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhnNKv09OxA

I had a bad weekend. led to a bad day myself. honestly. i was crying this morning and I have been walking close to 5kms each day (i didn't today) >< for a couple of weeks. Sometimes life gets us down. it's how we pick ourselves back up and keep riding. I hate the wagon when it tips over. But. I know tomorrow I'll go for…

Walking! I walk almost an hour almost every day >< I have been slack because of the rain in South Australia. But I take my son. If not I listen to music. I love listening to music and with a 14 month old it gets hard to just listen to music, so walking is my music time.

I know you only asked for one. But I was building my play list yesterday >< so. here goes. Rammstein - probably a bit heavy >< -Du Hast ACDC -Highway to Hell -ThunderStruck -TNT -You Shook Me All Night Long Allman Brothers Band - Jessica All Saints (I also have the Christina/Pink/Mya/Missy Elliot version) - Lady Marmalade…

I have lindt chocolate. 70% cocoa or more. you can get it up to 95% cocoa >< the darker the better.

I make my own iced tea (without fancy added flavours. haha) by just getting a jug. boiling the kettle, half filling the jug with boiling water to brew the bags and then filling the rest with cold water, and then add ice to each drink. I drink it like a mad woman in the summer here (it's officially SPRING! YAY!)

I have heard of this test. *old wives tale warning coming up* BUT BUT the warning is that you should be careful when you submerge eggs in water, if you do, you shouldn't store them very long afterwards / if at all. Eggs are porous and if you block the pores, they don't breathe and well, they go rotten >< *is going to go…

I buy frozen berries. black berries, strawberries, raspberries and keep them in the freezer, you can either take them out in the morning and stick them in the fridge ready, or nuke them! and you don't have to worry that they're going to go off because you just take out what you need as you need them.

Anyone in this group can feel free to add me as a MFP :) I have about 130lbs to lose!

Do it and do it well. Keep up the positivity and don't lose sight!

It told me I had logged in for 5 days last week, and I was SURE I hadn't missed one logging in (counting calories, yeah i'd missed some, but logging in no).

I am the opposite to you. I am a non-eater, but when I do eat. I eat all the wrong things. I haven't been doing calorie counting without exercise because it's raining in South Australia. And I like to make excuses, woe is me. >< I just had the realisation that my signature on here says I have been on here for over a month,…

I have done the low carb and I lost about 7 kgs or there abouts, put it all back on again when I stopped watching. I am a firm believer in wholegrain foods, the granier and more "whole" they are in their natural form they are, the better they are for you. multigrain bread and treacle or honey. brown rice. I even bought…

I once did a mass download of MTV Mash UPs. THey're pretty awesome to work out to.

Most of those things I'd assume weren't really that good anyway. I mean a hot dog in a pretzel? I rarely touch pretzels (not that they have them that readily available in South Australia as it is *we're behind the times or americanising our population down here*)

*L* you could always be one of those that rants about having too much. I have a friend that is an Australian Dress size 12. with F/G cup boobs! Her kids are teens, and I don't think they even came from the feeding. My sister, however, started years ago at an Australian 10 or 12 c. She is now after her 3rd kid and 20 weeks…

GOOD LUCK! :)

I do the recipe builder thing too :)

I'm finding it hard to believe that NO ONE has a pedometer watch on here. really. COME ONE. ANYONE got one they like? or any tips at all on one? Otherwise I'm just going to blindly spend $130AUD on something and not be %100 sure about it.

I wouldn't worry about the sugar in the fruits. the less refined the sugar is, the better it is for you anyway. When you are ready, maybe work on the sugar. don't scare yourself so much. I'd be concentrating on kicking the *coke habit*(haha. makes you sound like a junkie, awesome. hahah). I'm having honey in my tea and…

Welcome! It's wonderful to see so many new people joining this place all the time and seeing so many people do well. It's motivation in itself to keep going! Make lots of friends on here so they can help you day to day on your own status updates and drink lots of water! You will do great!

I don't know about there, but in Australia we have arch shoe supports called "orthaheel" http://estore.walkpainfree.com.au/ I have had them in my shoes for many years because I used to get this horrible sharp pain along the sides of my feet, apparently a pinched nerve in the back. Anyway. If you can't find any shoes you…

People will definitely keep you on track here. Add lots of friends and update your diary daily, when you finish for the day your friends will see if you are under or over the calorie goal. (I have mine linked to facebook too, so people there can tell me off). It's helpful for motivation and support!

Welcome, people seem lovely here, there's always someone around to respond to a thread or chat to. I haven't been on long, and I'm really only counting the calories at the moment with little bits of exercise. But it's all good so far!
