Ready to Get Back On

Hi Everyone! My name is Rosie. I'm 25 years old and am really excited to announce that I have decided to grab my life by my horns. In the past I have let life slip through my fingers because I was afraid. It encompassed all aspects of my life. At my highest weight, 263lbs, I decided to take a stand and managed to drop to 230lbs. I was on top of my game and I felt great about life. Unfortunately I hadn't fixed the underlying problem. I didn't believe in myself. I was just going through the steps of losing weight and everything was going well. I hit a road block in my weight loss and everything began to fall through the cracks.
I'm here because I've chosen to believe in myself, my worth, and my strength. I may have gotten dangerously close to my highest weight but I am back and I am recharged. I don't care what it takes I'm getting back to where I was.
My plan is to get there through exercise primarily.

You go for it! I have read in the forums that you can't get ther solely thru exercise tho, you are what you eat - choose your fuel wisely and the engine runs smoothly.0

You sound really motivated and ready to go - I wish you lots of love and luck. MFP is the best place in the world to be when a weight loss journey is ahead.
I am 5 days into my healthy eating/exercise regime and my first weigh-in is on Monday - hopefully my ticker will be showing a few less pounds to lose then:happy:

What I meant to add is that through making exersize and fitness my priority, healthful eating should come naturally as I begin to want to fuel my body to prepare it for want its doing physically.0
