I just started with MFP and so far I like it. My nutrionist has me on a 1200 calorie meal plan (she dose not like the word diet) and so far with her help I have lost 27 lbs in 3 months. I just want to keep going because I still have a loooong way to go. So im really excited to see if this helps me even more to stay on track because I have strayed for the plan a few times and I dont really care for what happens when I do for that extra piece of chocolate or anything else sweet.

People will definitely keep you on track here. Add lots of friends and update your diary daily, when you finish for the day your friends will see if you are under or over the calorie goal. (I have mine linked to facebook too, so people there can tell me off). It's helpful for motivation and support!0
