I don't I just make good decisions. I like to take corn tortillas and cut into 8ths and then spray with cooking spray and sprinkle garlic salt on them and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they are crisp like chips. Then I eat them with salsa.

My biggest tip for any new member/or old is to try to log your food intake and exercise everyday. This will keep you on track at a glance. Also make sure you log everything that goes into your mouth including those little tastes when making a meal. Good Luck and Welcome aboard :)

I try to exercise right after picking the kids up from school. Around 3:30 just before I have to make supper or run for sports.

I don't belong to a gym because I don't have the time to drive to one. Kids are in a lot of sports...I also work out with my family in our own gym. I have a treadmill, elliptical, stair climber and a recumbant bike. I have stretch bands, weighted balls, ab lounge, stepper.... I have it all, I really should have NO EXCUSES…
