I got this recipe from Skinnytaste.com
Grilled Steak Fajitas
2 lbs flank steak, trimmed of fat
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp cumin
2 scallions, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
For the onions & Peppers
3 medium onions, sliced into long strips
3 bell peppers, sliced into long strips (multi-colored is very pretty)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Season the steak a few hours ahead. Pierce steack with fork all over to tenderize. Season steak with cumin, garlic, scallions and salt & pepper. Allow steak to rest at room temperature for at least 10 min.
In a large iron skillet combine onions, peppers, olive oil and salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Put on BBQ/stove and cook on med-low heat, tossing occasionally until onlions are caramelized, about 20 min.
When done, set aside to keep warm on top rack of grill or in low oven. Discard scallions on steak and turn flame to high. Grill steak 4 - 6 minutes without turning, turn steak and cook other side for a few more minutes until med rare (well done will be too tough). Remove and rest for a few minutes before cutting.
Slice meat against the grain and combine with onions and peppers. Serve with tortillas, cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

Got this from HG. Making them for the party Sunday!
Hog Heaven!
This is one of our most fun swaps ever. These flaky-licious hot dog treats taste almost exactly like the real ones. Juicy franks are wrapped in decadent dough and oven-baked for the flaky, buttery taste of the authentic hors d'oeuvre we all know and love! Go for it...
Ingredients:
1 fat-free (or nearly fat-free) hot dog (like the ones by Oscar Mayer, Hebrew National and Ball Park)
1 portion Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent roll dough
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut hot dog into 4 even pieces. Stretch or roll out the triangle-shaped dough slightly, to make it a larger triangle. Cut dough into 4 long, narrow triangles. Beginning at the base of each triangle, roll a piece of the hot dog up in the dough until the point of each triangle wraps around the center. Place dogs on an ungreased baking pan and cook for about 12 minutes (until dough appears slightly browned and crispy). Enjoy!

some of them are healthy, or at least healthier versions of the orig.
also great easy ideas for decorations. I'm anti-decorating for parties,
but the football bowls are awesome, and you could use for the whole season.0
