just started this through my friend laura ... were doing this together to try and look and feel good for summer and for our potential holiday if we reach our goal weight anyone have any tips

My biggest tip for any new member/or old is to try to log your food intake and exercise everyday. This will keep you on track at a glance. Also make sure you log everything that goes into your mouth including those little tastes when making a meal. Good Luck and Welcome aboard0

Hi I've joined today too! I'm Bridesmaid in June and a big family holiday this August!! So must get cracking! I've entered my food and excercise for the last 2 days and its telling me I need to eat more!! Don't really get that part yet as it doesn't seem to make sense, but we shall see! How much do you want to lose? :happy:0
