I totally agree, i didn't calorie count yesterday and had my "cheat" day which i don't do often, I tell you, i didn't like what the scales read this morning. It's put me on a downer.

I have problems with binge eating, started when i was young about 9, i'm now 27 and i still find each day a struggle i'm a normal weight for my height though im trying to lose a few pounds to look better

i love running, i started running to de-stress and lost weight with it, i lost 3inches off my waist in a week, i hadnt changed my eating habits but the exercise got rid of the bloat! just start of small and build your self up. i started off just running round the block now i do 5k 2/3 times a week

as the saying goes no pain no gain, but i would give your self 2 days out of 7 rest from exercise it gives your body time to recover and rest. as for the pizza its no big deal, tonights family night and we'll have takeaway while watching a film, ive added up my calories for the day and mine are over 2000 calories!!!!! but…
