Thanks for the reminder! I've had a few days of headaches. I have been relying a bit more on teatime for relaxing. Funny how I relax with caffeine! I think I need a glass of water right now. I may as well refill my water bottle. :drinker:

I love Jillian Michaels! I've been doing her 30 day shred off and on for a few weeks. Does anyone know if it's alright (beneficial) to keep doing the same exercises every day?
