create a workout on mfp, put walking, miles, incline and then calories burned. I usually walk at 2.5 mph at 6.5% incline for 45 minutes and i burn about 340 - 400 calories. I vary speed sometimes.

I have T2, I can't seem to loose any weight even though I feel I am trying. What diets are you following? Low carbs or just calorie counting. I've been calorie counting and exercising 45 mins at least 4 x a week on treadmill at speed of 2.5mph and incline of 6.5%. What could I be doing wrong? Please help -I want to…

If it's green tea, I can't stand it plain either. I usually squeeze some lemon in it and that I can drink. Black tea, I use a sweetner (sugar if you choose) and cream.
