  • thanks everyone for you input i wanted to see what everyone thought about it i do eat special k foods but not like the diet i eat between 1500-1800 calories a day plus working out so really its comes down to like 1200 but everyones input is really good!
  • i mean its just not cereal they have other stuff but right now i eat about 1500-1800 caloires a day

  • at first it seems that way but in the beginning take it easy dont hurt yourself you will slowly begin to realize you can do it when i first started using the elliptical i could only do 5 mins at a time so dont feel discouraged

  • thats exactly what i started doing i put my ipod on and than i dont even look at the tv so last night when i felt like i tired out they were actually done with that part of the workout!
  • i am on day 8 level one ... its alot easier but i cant wait for level 2 i feel like im getting bored so its sometimes a struggle other than that its going ok eating clean is the worst part

  • i am on day 5 level 1 ... down three pounds since i started day one i did about 3 and 1/2 push ups and now i can do atleast 15! it only gets easier i promise remember to drink a lot of water during the workout oh and sometimes for whatever reason i feel like i do alot better if im not watching them do it and i concentrate…
  • thank you and im working on it i add extras onto the 30 day shred ... im a basketball coach for little kids so i acutally play with them and than i play games on the wii which you would never think make you sweat ha!
