I've gone through the same thing. I just moved from the dorms to my own house. It helps a lot to buy your own groceries. Just make sure you have the willpower at the grocery store.

Thanks everyone. To everyone who has suggested walking: I have been walking for a while, but I actually enjoy the jogging as well. I've only been doing week one, but I've been able to do all the jogging it asks for so far. My only concern has been whether my knees are worse off for it. But I think I will stick with it!
