I had a Venti mocha Frapp with nonfat milk. I asked for light whipped cream but that's not really my issue. If you go to Starbuck's nutrition for the Light Frapp, here, what I ordered comes out to 190 plus half a serving of whipped cream.

But if you go to the regular frappucino and select nonfat milk and no whip, it comes out to 340 calories. I'm not sure where to 150-calorie difference comes from. Does my question make sense? There seems to be a 150 difference between two versions of the exact same food prepared in the exact same way. I'm very confused.

I'm hoping a Starbucks employee or regular can tell me what to journal.

I think that the frapp stuff has a pre-mix made up. The light kind will be totally different from the standard stuff. I don't work at Starbucks, but I "think" thats how it works ?0
