My second attempt was amazeballs! I used betty crocker devils food cake mix and diet lemonade. Baked it as a tray of brownies. Made 25 brownies each worth 64 cals. Delicious!!!

Ok, I've calmed down now. I made them with chocolate cake mix and diet cherry coke. Can no longer taste anything remotely chocolatey, now very cherry coke flavoured with that distinctive diet coke after taste. Think next time, I will try a different cake mix with a more neutral drink like diet lemonade. :)

WORRIED!!!!! Just made them (37 cals each). Tried one and now one side of my mouth is tingly and a bit metallic. Is this normal?!!!?

I am in love with my food scale! it's a digital one that I got for xmas. Use it for most meals. I weigh everything where i'm not using something pre-prepared or a 'whole' something. I find it really useful for creating my recipes on mfp as I can them work out the cals in one serving. Would definitely recommend getting one.…

Spicy Turkey kebabs and cous cous. Just had it an it was yummy!!! I made it all from scratch and as I had lots of cals left today, I HAD 2 KEBABS! so, 2 kebabs and cous cous with beg and pine nuts in it came to a total of 533 cals. Plenty left for him when he gets in from work and leftovers for tomorrow. Yay! x

I struggle at weekends too! My problem is being away from home most weekends - visiting family and friends. When someone else cooks or we eat out, it's difficult to keep track. I have just made them! Verdict: They were easy to make once I'd converted to UK measures etc. I had most of the ingredients in my house anyway. They are DELICIOUS!!!! Absolutely delicious. I cut mine into 20 pieces instead of 24 as my tin is square and they would've ended up teeny. Mine now work out at 95 cals each. Good…

no. The only things I don't add - because it's tedious - is salt and pepper. No point in lying to myself. The point of it is to monitor my calorie intake so I would only be confusing myself.

start weight : 191 current weight : 184 goal weight : 140 wedding date: 10.08.13 Quite a while before the big day but don't want to have to rush the diet weeks before. Started trying on dresses but my heart wasn't in it because I knew it wasn't what I wanted to look like. Going to wait a while til I try any more on.
