Thanks so much for all the advice, it really helps! I'll try buying some of the plain yogurt instead for sure. And for the cheese, I'll try to cut it out as much as I can then , and eat it in moderation. I never thought much about Sodium until now , its really interesting to know all that . Thank you so much once again! :)
