  • I personally do not, I also had to stop attempting to track sugars. It just made me frustrated. Of course, I don't usually go over on sodium...not that I log the salt in all my recipes.
  • I'm 20. I haven't an excessive amount left, but I'm a young adult trying to lose weight! I'm not sure on the whole support thing because I'm not exactly active on here, but I'd like to try.
  • I'm starting Junior year in the fall!
  • If I mess up, I move calories to the next few days so that I still get to eat (or I become hellishly grouchy) and basically work with a weekly deficit rather than a daily one. It makes me less frustrated and it helps me not give up.
  • Not health related, but the reader of Neil Gaiman's "Anansi Boys" has a very nice voice. I consider that a great quality in audiobooks.
  • Ice cream is my weakness too. I trained myself to eat it in moderation by getting the little single erve ben and jerry's or hagen daaz containers. Now that I've managed that, I have actually learned to be able to take half a cup out of pints. That would have been impossible a couple months ago as I kind of binge on ice…

  • I'll be a sophomore in college come August.
  • I have the same issue but for me it's ice cream that is my happy food. I tried being at 1200 something a day based on recommendations, bu that was frustrating. But I feel way more satisfied with a higher caloric intake and 4-5 servings of ice cream a week. They say to make changes sustainable, I can totally sustain eating…
