Bread... ugh I loved bread. But the carbs in it were killing me

I am most afraid of bagels with cream cheese. I love them and I know they are just empty calories. Once I hit my goal loss of 40 pounds. I may splurge and have 1 ! That is all... but I think that will be my treat... if I even crave it at that point!

In my first week I lost 6 lbs. Now I am losing about 1.0 to 1.5 # per week. I wish it were more but I know this is the healthy way to lose it and keep it off!
