  • Wow. That is great work. Hang in there. I did T25 and lost about 17 pounds. Currently doing P90X3. Feel free to add me for support!
  • Keep up the good work. It will get somewhat easier in that you know what to expect. Either way, you are working hard. Feel free to add me for support! Currently doing P90x3!
  • I did T25 all the way through Gamma. It is fairly tough regardless of what segment you are in. Beta has different moves and incorporates some weights, so it is a nice change of pace. I would do what your are comfortable with. You could repeat Alpha or do week 1 of Beta and see how it goes. If it is too difficult, then you…
  • I agree. I have done P90x3 (currently doing) and T25. I lost about 17 pounds with T25. If you want a more basic program, you could consider P90. It's fairly new and basic. Nice introduction for people who need structure and are just getting started. It all depends on whether you like and have the motivation to work out…
  • Wow. This is great work. Keep it up. I have about 30 pounds to go, so if you want to continue the journey together feel free to add me.
  • I actually log everything the night before. I talk to my wife about meals for the week. I typically hold out dinner until I get home make sure I have enough calories open for whatever is planned. I keep open enough fat and carbs to make sure I am still hitting my macros. The bulk of my calories come during the day anyways.…
  • I am doing P90x3, but I have done Insanity in the past. Feel free to add me for additional support if needed!
  • Feel free to add me for support. I have lost 30 pounds and still have 30 to go. What are your goals?

  • One of the other ways I found motivation was other avenues of online support. I ended up joining a fantastic Facebook group that was dedicated to helping one another achieve their goals. If you're interested in it, I'd be glad to tell you more about why it has worked for me and others in the group.
  • Feel free to add me for support. I have lost 30 pounds so far this year, and I have 30 more pounds to lose. We can continue the journey together. One of the biggest things for me was finding my why. Over the years, I worked out, lost weight, and gained it back. Until this year, I never really knew what drove me to change.…
  • Y'all hang in there. Insanity is tough. It not only challenges your body but your mind. Keep on rocking and do the best you can. I did Insanity last year, but fell back into bad ways. This year I have completed P90x3, T25, and started P90x3 again. I have been able to lose 30 pounds with the right support and knowing why I…
  • Feel free to add me for support. We can chat more about goals and weight loss, or whatever you need to get you on the right track and heading in the right direction!
  • Sure. Feel free to add me for support. What are you doing for exercise and nutrition? What are your goals.
  • Lots of questions, so lots of answers. Let's start with: what is your current calorie level? From that, we can develop macros and get you moving in the right direction. Additionally, what are your goals. How much weight do you want/need to lose. Let's start there. If you want, send me a friend request and we can work on…
  • Feel free to add me. I am doing the P90x3 version, but it takes a village of support to attain lifelong goals!
  • Great program. Just finished and lost about 17 pounds. I loved it. Switched to P90X3 for this 90 days, but let me know if you need any tips or add me for additional support.
  • I agree. You really can't spot reduce. Sure, you can do exercises that target the core, but not necessarily spot reduce. You need to maintain a calorie deficit to lose the last bit of weight. What are you at for current calories? What types of exercises are you doing? Feel free to add me and we can discuss some more.
  • Good luck. Feel free to add for support! Are you doing anything for exercise?
  • Hang in there. Make some short term goals and then your long term goals. I have had difficulty (like most) until I wrote down goals and really figured out "why" I needed to get healthy. Feel free to add me for support!

  • Are you doing anything for exercise because that might help us gauge what you need? You can take a look at a TDEE calculator, but in general I normally recommend starting between 2000-2200 calories a day. I would try to get your macros at a 40/40/20 ratio (prot/carbs/fat). Work on calories first. Hope this helps. Feel free…
  • Typically, you do start to see results in the secondy 30 days. Just a few questions. Are you able to make it through the workout? Do you bottom out of your workouts? Do you have a heart rate monitor to check calorie burn, because Insanity is notorious for burning 600-1000 calories? I would say you could have done some…
  • You are definitely not the only one. It may only be 25 minutes, but that doens't mean it's easy. The first week just ease yourself in and get familiar with the moves. As you progress week-to-week, it gets much easier.
  • I just restarted P90X3 and am in week 2. I recently finished T25 and loved that program. I have had great success so far in losing 30 pounds with X3 and T25, but still have 30 more to go. Good luck!
  • I just finished T25 2 weeks ago and lost about 17 pounds. Absolutely great program. I switched back to P90X3 recently. Let me know if I can help in anyway.
  • I completely understand. I work similar hours and often work weekends. I think the best thing I was given advice wise was preparation. When living a busy life, everything gets in the way. It comes down to your "why" and how bad you want to change. I try to dedicate Sundays to think about the upcoming week with my wife. I…
  • I would agree with the lifting, but it needs to be in a safe environement. So, if you feel comfortable and have the money for a gym membership, then I would make sure you use a few sessions first to acclimate yourself to the proper techniques. Also, while toning is great with lifting, make sure you are balancing your…
  • It's great that you have lost so much weight and stuck with it! Depending on your exercise level, it's probably time to re-evaluate your calories and most likely increase. You can increase to 1400 and stay there for 1-2 weeks and see how that goes. Hang in there! Feel free to add me and we can work through it more if you…
  • Y'all can do it! Preparation is the key. Figure out a plan. Figure out workouts you can do! Figure out the "why" you are doing this, otherwise you will crash out after 2 weeks. Feel free to add me for continued support!
  • Well, I just finished T25. I lost about 17 pounds. I loved it. I am currently doing P90x3, which is also a great program. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions! Feel free to add me.
  • Welcome. How's it going so far. Have you found that "why" reason for the change? For some, it's to look great in a bathing suit. For others, it's to be more functional at work. For me, it was for my children and to be a better role model for the people around me. Most people who are successful at losing weight and…
