Peace and Blessings, I have 37lbs since May 2014. I walked with my two dogs 5 miles(10000 steps) a day in the morning. I am weaning off a steroid that I had to take for 4 years and now that I am In remission for 1 year. I decided to start walking to help lose the 150lbs the steroid put on me. Now I feel good enough to start a winter regimen. That is to start the T25 for 10 weeks beginning Monday 11/10/2014. I am currently on 2.5mg of steroid until Feb 2014.My goal is to be 63lbs lighter to make it a total of 100lbs lost by April 2014.
