I bought one from Brookstone at the mall. I love it. I have used it for almost a year now. Very reliable.

I just bought a fiber supplement that has chia seeds in it. Will start using it tomorrow. We are not supposed to give brand names but you can find it at the vitamin shop.

I love almond milk, but when I read the carton today it said the calcium source is calicium carbonate, which is supposedly harder to absorb. Does anyone have any input on this?
