That is not it..... You need to read more. OP, I'm on a triple course of antibiotics now, with the usual diarrhea and other not so nice side effects - and I am very bloated and actually showed a 4lbs gain this morning.....Water weight, it will be gone hopefully after a week or so....

Isn't granola processed?

Lose weight, get fit (both strength and cardio) definitely talk to your GP about your plans and dealing with asthma in high altitudes, and start hiking and climbing with experienced people. If you are not well prepared, very fit and healthy, you will put your guides and team mates in danger....
-
You heard wrong.....I do both strength and plyometrics(for cardio)... But, how high you jump has ultimately more to do with genetics.....
-
This...why does it have to be a perfect circle?
-
Not even close to walking..... I log 135 cals burned in 30 mins at around 10min/km - and 195 cals in 30 min at the same speed doing Nordic walking.... HRM works best....
-
Just my dumb question - but why would you undergo very serious surgery, just to be limited to 600-800 calories afterwards, and a maintenance of 1200 - if you can stick with 1200 and lose the weight anyways?
-
Why are you yelling and swearing at strangers who tried to help you?? WOW....Maybe you need psych help, not nutrition.....
-
No stranger on the internet can tell you that - talk to your care team.....
-
no, you can't log the same effort/steps twice.... Either take off the fitbit when you get on the elliptical and log those calories as a workout, or keep it on and don't log the elliptical calories.....
-
Ever thought about the reason why it makes some people retain 5-10lbs of water weight and some don't? if not, go read up on hormonal imbalances and all the fun stuff it causes......
-
No....Unless you are a doctor who specializes in hormonal issues, you have no idea what you are talking about.....
-
Why would you do that? Nobody suggested that - face up to the fact that you are probably eating a lot more than 1300 cals, get a food scale and start weighing your food......Not that difficult??
-
Then do what the trainer told you to do - you will get a million opinions from a variety of "experts" on here.....
-
How long is your run and what time of day do you do it? If it is 5km or less, I would not eat anything more than maybe a small tub of yogurt or half a banana (and then only if it is early in the morning on an empty stomach...) If you do it later in the day, save the protein shake for after - it is very easy to eat too much…

Carbs + sugar...Beer is made from malt or hops = carbs
-
And? His own state of health should not make a difference to what he writes on yours?
-
tea is good, all kinds of it, but it will not make you lose weight.... Remember to log the sugar when you drink the tea!
-
Are you getting enough fat and fibre in your diet?
-
MFP would never give you 800-900 calories. Eat more
-
Are you trying to kill yourself? Eat more....
-
Start keeping track of your calories for a week or two before you so anything else.....
-
Go back to you physio/chiro and other medical providers...A good physio will give you active rehab directions and tell you what to do and what not.....
-
Yes...America is not the world...and this site is being used by people from all over the world...But good luck anyways!
-
This is not a hot topic, it is a booooring topic!
-
Go do a spinning class with a good instructor and you won't ever say it's not a good workout.....
-
Not sure why you are so stuck on the 210g of protein - I'm female and eat around 150g of protein per day - no big deal....
-
So you can read minds?? I think not, I think YOU think that they must be thinking something bad...And a doctor asking you questions is offensive? really.....
