Hello, had the sleeve done on Dec 21, 2017 about 8 months ago. I have lost at total of 73lbs but have hit a MAJOR stall. Can't seem to make the scale move anymore. So I decided to go back and track everything and add exercise to the mix and see if that helps the scale move again. Surgery was the best decision I have done…

This time around, the only people who know of my goals are my husband, my mom and dad. Other than that, I don't think anyone else cares. Plus i'm not doing it for anyone else, this is for me. So in reality the person that will be disappointed if I fall off the bandwagon again is me.

I hate you PCOS! I hate what you have done to my body. I hate the fact that you stop me from being able to have a child! ::cry: I hate the fact that because of you, I work out and watch everything I eat, and still there is no weight loss. I hate the extra hair that you just think I need, I hate what you do to my hormones.…

Hi! I started the 30DS last monday. Let me tell you, I was sore the first 3 days, but it's incredible how much stamina you build up. Today is day 6, (I felt like my body was asking for a break, so I rested a couple of days). I guess just listen to your body. It knows when you should take a break. Good luck.

This made me feel so much better. The scale jumped 5lbs for the past 2 days, and this morining there he was. On top of that my cravings have been horrible! But I will keep going. although, I honestly don't feel like working out. : (

I work for a big hospital system, and there all about staying fit and active. They have a incentive program that pays you money to lose weight. You weigh in around May and you have until April of next year to lose 5% or more weight. After you lose the initial 5%of weight they pay you $10 bucks for every pound after that. I…

Hi All! It's great to know that there are so many of us struggling to take the weight off, with the challenge I like to call PCOS. It is not impossible, that is what I keep telling myself. I lost about 40lbs on my own last year, but after the holidays, it's like it all came back. My doctors keep saying that the extra…

We bought the kinect a few months ago. And let me tell you. All the games involve movement, so it's not like the wii, where you just move your hands, its a camera pointed at you, literaly watching your movements. I have the adventures (which comes standard with the kinect), zumba (Super great workout! Gives me a good…
