Started Keto 2 weeks ago and am down 6 lbs. Not as much as some but I feel so much better. I had pain in my foot from inflammation and it is virtually gone. I also feel less bloated. 24 lbs to go!

Read up on it. I searched Pinterest and found lots of sample menus and recipes. You still need to have a calorie deficit so find a keto calculator online to figure out your macros. You can then input them nto MFP. I just started this past Monday

I'm in! I had just decided that 5 lbs a month would be a great goal. One month at a time! I had gotten almost to my goal weight last year, and gained it all back. 😡 Just got back on MFP this past Monday and need support.

This!! you can eat SO much more an not be hungry if you add in fruits and vegetables! I would starve eating how you're eating.

My cardio calories burned are about right on, compared to other online calculators. I rarely eat all my exercise calories, so it's not really an issue for me

I ate a lot!...but compared to past Christmas'...not as much. However, I still feel stuffed. I can't eat like that anymore. That's a good thing, I guess. :)

Picture is me with my husband and kids at my son's wedding, 2 years ago. I'm about 15 lbs heavier than that. I am currently 5'7" and 179 lbs. Looking t get down to 150 by mid March. Is it possible?
