I've been using MFP on and off for a few months. Two weeks ago, I decided enough was enough and have been religiously tracking my food and exercise. I need to lose at least 30 pounds! Encouragement is highly needed! Thanks

I am kind of in the same position. I need to drop 20 pounds, but I keep screwing around with diet/exercise. Found out recently that I didnt rehab a knee from surgery good enough, so my exercise resolve has come back. Of course, with all that exercise the diet falls into line as well. Feel free to friend me if you like.0

Picture is me with my husband and kids at my son's wedding, 2 years ago. I'm about 15 lbs heavier than that. I am currently 5'7" and 179 lbs. Looking t get down to 150 by mid March. Is it possible?0
