Need a new challenge for the new year

Just before Thanksgiving, a friend of mine posted, on facebook, a challenge from Runner's World. The challenge was to run at least 1 mile every day, from Thanksgiving til New Years. I have done it everyday so far (not sure if I can/will do it on Christmas day). Most days I run closer to 2 miles...which is a big deal for me. This challenge was designed to help with the inevitable weight gain during the holidays. I have actually lost 5.5 lbs since I started running :)

I need a new challenge for the new year to keep me focused. Any suggestions?
