I eat what ever I want as long as I keep under my daily goal. Dont get me wrong I dont eat five candy bars and six pack of beer but I think that if you keep it in moderation and stay under your goal you will see results.

First of all let me say good job so far. There are two things that have helped me with food. The first is I religously post the food I eat on MFP. It makes me aware of whats going in my body. The first few days of using it I realized that I had been eating way to many calories. I would eat mostly out of boredom. The second…

I never eat my exercise calories. I normally don't come close to eating the calories alloted me (2140). I stay satified in the 1800 range. If my body tells me I need a few more I will but thats rare. On my exercise days I usually don't feel as hungry for some reason.
