I love those things too! And the raspberry Jello is good too! But... Be careful about how much you eat. There are some serious side affects to sugar substitutes. (Bad news bears...:frown: ) Like everything...it's good in moderation! Just because it's sugar free and fat free doesn't mean it's free!!

Hi all- I need to find a way to get more protein in my diet. Before I became a vegetarian it was easy, but since I don't like beans or lentils and soy "meat" and tofu make me sick to my stomach what are my options now? I'll never go back to eating meat, but I need to keep a balanced diet! Any suggestions?
