1 or 2 of these 60 calorie babies satisfies every sweet tooth you could

Low fat/cal pudding mixed with equal amounts of (canned)pumpkin, and allspice to taste- chill - add a dollop of "Free" Cool Whip - even better than pumpkin pie cuz it's low fat and low cal. It is also a vegetable serving!

    That sounds yummy banks.

    I'll pick some up tomorrow.
  • YUM-O! as Rachel Ray would say!
  • Try 1 TBSP instant non fat sugar free chocolate (the powdered pudding mix) pudding and 1 cup skim milk. Mix it in a blender with crushed ice. It's a terrific shake with minimal calories.

What flavor of pudding do you use? Guess I'm a bit slow on the uptake today. :blushing:

The banana fudge is better than Dulce De Leche.

I also like making the suger free - instant pudding and adding free cool whip when i want to make a larger batch it's very creamy and satisfying.

OH boy! Another Cheryl!! I have been using the fat free low sugar Kraft Vanilla flavor - but I'm going to try it with the Dulce de Leche -cuz it has to be yummy!

I started with making the pumpkin thing with equal parts nonfat plain yogurt and pumpkin with the allspice and Free Cool Whip on top(I thnk it was one of tdroselers recipes..) It was too "sour" for me, so with the remainder of what was left of THAT mix I added the vanilla pudding and a bit more allspice, and I liked it better.

So I guess to be fair: here is how it started:
    _________________
    1cup canned pure pumpkin
    1cup fat free plain yogurt
    cinnamon, nutmeg, Splenda....all to taste

    simply mix and chill

Top with the 95% fat free cool whip.

But after the first bowl - it just didn't do it for me. Hence the pudding. Still comes to just about 100 calories for a generous serving (like one cup, total....)

hehe, I brought home 2 of the 6 packs on monday,
and they are already gone, I think my wife ate more then
    me.

Hey, @ 60 calories, and no fat, who can blame her, course the last
time I checked, she burns about 1100 calories a day at the gym
(like an hour and a half ever day, she's a maniac!)
  • I love those things too! And the raspberry Jello is good too! But...

Be careful about how much you eat. There are some serious side affects to sugar substitutes. (Bad news bears...:frown: ) Like everything...it's good in moderation!

Just because it's sugar free and fat free doesn't mean it's free!!
  • Okay, I now have a HUGE craving for pudding!!! I'll be going to the store afterwork and picking up every flavor!
