One tip ive found to work for me is checking a menu before going out to dinner. Something as simple as a pasta dish can end up having 1000+ calories just for that portion of the dish! it can ruin good progress. Dave and busters has a dish that has 2700 calories in it.... cmon that shouldnt even exist.

Okay so I know what you are going through! The key? cut out soda and drink TONS of water! If you find yourself without a water bottle of some sort nearby throughout the day find one. I think one of the big parts of my loss thus far is that switch. (in terms of hunger) Now I do just fine with under 2000 calories per day.

Hey rum is actually very low on calories. (clear rum- not spiced/dark) Just make sure to add it to your log. Diet coke is always something I shy away from personally because it makes me feel more hungry.

I have been working out and using a pill called "burn 60" from GNC. It gives me a great boost of energy if taken about 1-2 hours before working out. Other pills that have been given to me as a sample are too intense. They make me jittery and are unusable by myself. I really love these burn 60 ones though. Not sure if they…
