I have a problem with late nite snacks myself .... a few weeks ago I decided to try carrots and celery ... and its working for me ... and if I really have a sweet tooth late, I grab a Crystal Light popcic .... its about 15 calories ... tasty and healthy ... its been working for me ... hope it helps =)

Welcome aboard, Adam :smile: To answer your question ... well, if I add a home cooked meal, I add each ingredient and once I'm done I click on the "remember meal" option and give it a name I will remember, such as StirFry. Hope this helps .... and Good Luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

I'd think its normal that your distance went up. So I recently started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Love the video and exercise. But either I just completely missed it or what not, but nowhere can I find information as how and when to use the different levels. I am currently only doing level 1. Does anyone here know how to do it right? Thanks a bunch! :smile:
