  • Summer 2011 Early April 2012, 25 lbs lighter (started changing my lifestyle this past January, so about 3 months prior to picture) I have a long way to go yet, but feeling good about progress to date!
  • Believe it or not...I don't have the help me cravings. If I am over-run at work, then the projects take all my energy and attention and I don't even THINK about eating/snacking.
