Over the course of years. My highest weight was 250 but I don't believe I have any face shots of that. I am guessing I was about 220 in the first photo's... Those are back in 2005/2006. The 2 photo's 2nd from bottom with my wine glass, was in December/January of 2011/2012, the last 2 photo's are of a few days ago.

I've lost about 28lbs since December 2011 (I've no idea how but I am not complaining!!)

July 2011, 260lbs and very depressed...
End of March 2012, 198lbs not depressed and starting day 1 of Insanity The Asylum, Just finished day 25 tonight.
BTW you all are looking and doing great! Keep it up!
