I'm not taking anything right now...that's another problem I have. I start taking something that makes me feel great then I stop because I feel like I don't need it. I was on Lexapro.

My baby was born like a week before yours :) I started working out as soon as possible and so far I've been very successful! I was 186 when I had her and now I'm 146

I can't cook and I still live at home with my mom so she pays for all my food. I just had a baby so I don't have the money to buy protein shakes and I don't want to ask my mom to have to pay for those also.

Okay cool! Thanks. My personal trainer wrote me down a meal plan, I need to be taking protein shakes but I just haven't gone and gotten them yet. I'm waiting to get paid because they are kinda expensive.

I just don't know the names of the equipment that I'm using. I do know what I'm doing at the gym though. My boyfriend used to be a personal trainer and I also have a different personal trainer I go to two times a week.

I only log my cardio because I don't know the names of all the strength training I do. I warm up w 15 minutes on the eliptical when I first do the gym then do strength training for either my arms or my legs depending on the day, I do abs everyday, then I end it with 15 minutes on the stationary bike. I workout about two hours everyday so I would think I would need more protein than it says on here.

I understand that I'm not eating enough calories but that does not at all mean that I am starving myself. If I was starving myself I would not be eating anything. I am eating three meals a day. Maybe I am not eating enough but I am still eating.

Yes I record everything I eat but I'm not very good at recording all the water I drink because I drink so much. I drink about a gallon or more a day

Welll since you're certified I have a question for you :) What protein shake would you recommend for me? I want to lose weight so I know it should be low in carbs but I don't know what is good burning fat and gaining muscle

I wish I could have continued to breast feed, I know it's soooo much better for the baby but I completely dried up for some reason. I had such a hard time starting her on formula, it broke my heart :(

I know! I eat when I'm hungry and get myself about 80% full, I don't like being so full that I feel like I'm gonna pop! I was pregnant for nine months and I don't miss the feeling of a huge round belly! haha

Thanks everyone for your opinions, I'm not offended at all! I do have a new baby but I'm not longer breast feeding. I will talk to my personal trainer tomorrow about a meal plan. Maybe start taking some protein shakes because I do workout for an hour and a half to two hours everyday! Thanks again, I'll take the advice :)

I feel like if I eat more calories I will gain more weight! I always feel sooo bad about myself if I eat a lot, even if it's healthy food!

MY personal trainer told me to buy Mrs Dash seasoning, there is no sodium in them! Very good for if you're trying to lose weight and they are delicious!
