Binge eating?
I go 3 to 4 days of eating healthy then BAM go crazy and eat everything in sight. Then feel super guilty and hate myself afterwards. Workouts for stay at home moms?
I stay at home with my daughter during the day and go to school for pharmacy at night so I currently do not have a job and cannot afford a gym membership but I still want to work out. Is there any workouts other stay at home moms use that work? Or certain videos you have watched?

Will too much protein make me gain weight?
I'm always under my calorie goal by at least 400 calories but I usually go over my protein goal by like 5 or six. I guess it's because I eat A LOT of chicken. Finally in an adult small!
I still have about 26lbs to lose but I'm finally in an adult small t shirt and I haven't been able to wear that size since I was in junior high! It may not seem like much but it's a big deal to me! :D

Is it normal to stop losing weight for a couple of days?
I've been doing very well on my diet and I've been losing weight regularly but in the past 4 or 5 days I haven't lost any! I haven't been eating unhealthy at all and I have even started working out a lot more! I don't know what the problem is but it's very frustrating! Why is this happening?
