I would suggest sugar free chocolate pudding snacks. I keep those, the temptations and sugar free jello in my house at all times. Another staple is the FF cool whip.

Tonight is meatball subs with turkey meatballs, LF marinara sause and RF provolone cheese. We will have a salad on the side.

I am going to try this tonight but I will use BL protein powder instead.

I usually bake mine and then serve it with salt and pepper and a little spray butter. I am going to try it with pasta sauce tomorrow night.

I made the shrimp recipe yesterday. It was really good and very flavorful. I served it with a side of pasta (whole wheat) and veggies!

I had a turkey sandwich with a 1/2 T of light miracle whip and some broccoli slaw mix. Pretty boring but I wasn't in the mood for a big lunch.

I have been drinking Special K protein shakes for a while now and really like them. I usually add a banana or some other type of fruit with it in the morning. I can throw it in my purse and drink it when I am at work. It does a good job at keeping me full until lunch time.
