I would say 1100 is way too low, even without exercise. 1200 should be the minimum. You will lose weight but you'll put your body in starvation mode. Plus, if you want to build muscle, diet is key. Day 3 done! Added 60 mins. of yoga too. Make sure everyone is taking measurements instead of just weighing. I'm already losing some inches but not weight so be mindful of that and don't give up ????

It all comes down to planning. Planning out meals, workouts, when you'll cook, go out (we all need that from time to time). But if the planning happens, the rest of the week should be easy ???? Also, you will get busy and want to give up. Don't. There will be bad days even bad weeks! Just get back on track when you can.

You look amazing! I can so relate to this. When I got married, I think I was more into feeling good than looking good. I was so bloated on my wedding day. Looking back 2 years ago, I am more toned than ever and even 15lbs lighter. Guess I just did not want to be a statistic :P
