I really want to try C25K, but I'm afraid I won't be able to do much. I've had surgeries on both feet, so my balance isn't great, and I have some risidual foot pain, plus I'm still pretty big, but I do hope to try it one day. Congrats to you or your hard work, and sticking it out! You should be proud!

I have worried about this so much in the past that I let it keep me form losing weight. But now, the way I think about it is: I hate the way I look naked and the way that I look in clothes now. After I lose the weight, I may still hate the way I look naked, but at least I will like the way I look in clothes.

Just needed to edit... I have not lost 52 pounds...I have lost 54!

This is the thing that I have been so afraid of for so long, and it has kept me from losing weight. Then, a light bulb went off in my head. I realized that, yes, when I lose the weight I may look saggy and baggy. But, if I don't lose weight, I will look fat and fluffy. No one wants to look like either of those. And while I…

A clean slate tomorrow sounds like a good plan to me! I too, was over my calorie goal (by 90 calories). I ate much less than I normally would, however, and I managed to work in a mile walk. So all in all, I'm counting today a success!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! You don't even look like the same person! What an amazing job you did! I hope to one day be as inspirational as you are!

When I started I needed to lose 150, now I only need to lose 130. Feel free to add me. We could all use more encouragement!

I have the same problem. I tend to self destruct. I'll be doing good and lose weight, and feel so good about myself, then BAM, something ig happens and I fall off the wagon, so to speak, gain all the weight back and it taked me forever to get motivated again. I've got a lot to lose and hopefully this time will be the las…

I think I will be satisfied, but only with the scale, when I reach my goal weight. I believe then I will really need to focus on shaoping and toning. Then I will need to focus on maintaining. I believe that this is something that I will have to work at my entire life. I'm not sure what I will look like when I reach my…

Tilapia is def. the way to go! It is a very un-fishy fish. I never liked fish before, then for some reason, I tried tilapia, and liked it. The more I ate it, the more I liked it. Now I LOVE it (even crave it), and it has lead me to trying other fish, such as salmon, and catfish, which I now like as well. You can get it…

I just love that you are asking for support wen talking about boobies! LOL Maybe just my warped sense of humor. Sure, I'd be happier if mine were a little smaller (I'm a 42H), but I love them, no matter their size!

I weigh everyday. While it can be discouraging not to see the scale go down every time, I find it very exciting even if I am down 2/10 of a pound.

Right here. I am loving my journey so far with MFP!

My goal is to lose 150. I could stand to lose 170, but I'll be satisfied when I lose 150. Feel free to add me.

I was married for 7 years (still am technically, just separated). I tried almost the whole time to get pregnant, to no avail. My Rather than husband didn't seem to think it was a big deal that we weren't getting pregnant, but my biggest desire in life is to be a mother, so I was crushed. In January 2009, after having my…
