I am 5' 1 1/2" tall & I'm 37 years old

For those of you around the same height and age what is your weight goal? It's definitely not 115 lbs anymore like what I weighed when I was 24 years old.

    Hi, I'm 5'3, 38 and my ultimate goal is 140 but I'll take 150.

    I'm 5'2" and 34... my ultimate goal is probably around 140, although I'm not focusing too much on a scale number because I'm hopinh to be doing some fairly significant lifting by then and that will result in a way different number than just dieting would.

    I'm pretty much aiming for size 7/8 (I had reached size 9 three years ago and that was "almost there")

    I'm 47 yrs old.. am 5' 2" and am aiming for the high end of my healthy BMR range = between 121 and 129... we'll see when I get there. I do not have a tiny frame - I think I'm more large framed, good luck! I still have 15 lbs to go for the 129 goal so we'll see!!

    I am going to be 37 tomorrow and i am 5'5". My long term goal is to weigh 140 or less, but my short term goal is to weigh 250 by valentines day so I have one week and about three pounds to go.

    I am 45, 5' 2 1/2" with a small frame. My original goal was 120 when I hit that I changed to 115, now I am at 112 and working on firming up what I have.
  • hi my name is tracy and i am 34. i have been trying to lose weight since april 2011, since i was put on bp medicine from my doctor, i am 5'0 and would love to get down to about 130, i have lost almost 40 pounds since april 2011 i still have several more pounds to go,,i am walking everyday and doing zumba 2 days aweek. also am entered in a biggest loser challenge through our church, that is keeping me more motivated,,, any suggeations on how to keep the weight coming off

    I am in between 5'1 and 5'2....I am 27 years old and my goal is 125lbs, currently I am 176lbs with heaviest weight 216lbs.

    I'm 5'1.5'' and 19 years old.
    My goal was 130lbs, tho I've seen people taller than me aim lower.

    I think it depends what you want for/from your body.
    Some people want to be skinny twigs, some don't.
    Some people want no thighs, some people don't care.

    My thighs aren't tiny, but they're all muscle.
    I don't want to be under 125 lbs, even if people say I should be.

    I'm no where near 180 anymore, so i think I'm good :)

    I'm 5'3" and 40 years old. My first goal is 165, as I am "curvy" but I'm hoping that I can maintain that loss for a while and then lose more.
  • I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 140. I have a larger build..big feet, big hands..just short legs, lol! I'm 47 and haven't weighed 140 since I was in high school. I was a size 10 and thanks to parents who were constantly on me about my weight, I thought I was huge at 140, but would be more than thrilled to be that size again..and I will!
  • I am 34 and 5'2". I started last week and am aiming for 140. I am trying really hard to stay excited about this, and so far 1230 calories is completely doable. I need to find a workout routine that works for me. I should dust off my 30 day shred dvd, but when I think about it I feel like I'm setting myself up for disappointment. So far I feel more energetic and that alone makes this worthwhile. Does anyone else have hypothyroidism, and how is it affecting your journey?

    Hi i'm 5' 2 1/2" and 37 years old! Goal is 140lbs which if i can stick to it and lose approx 1.5lbs a week, should reach by oct!!! God i hope i can do it! Add me if you want to help each other!!! X
