I've had those days... although today I'm having a hungry day.... I've eaten my normal stuff including snacks. but I'm just starving still! I agree with getting the Nalgene bottles, that's what I use. But for those times that you have to use the throw-away plastic bottles, just write "Fertilizer" on the bottle in black pen!

I was on steroids for a medical condition on and off all last year as well, so feel your pain. I would drink full glasses of water before I ate any meal to make myself feel fuller, and I ate alot of plain quaker oats which was filling.
