I've been wearing the Fitbit Force for several months. I'm not concerned with whether it accurately determines steps per day, etc., but it does seem to be consistent over time. Its consistency helps me see activity level trends.

I agree with the other posters that are suggesting more rest. Without adequate rest, exercise is much less effective. Good luck!
