Be proud of yourself! Yoga (at home via book or video, not in a class, so you don't feel uncomfortable) is my recommendation. You can go at your own base and will start building muscle slowly.

I want that moment I used to take for granted: stretched out on a beach, feeling good about myself, comfortable enough in my skin to fully enjoy the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze, content to be alone, calm. Trader Joe's has a low fat chocolate bar that is better than regular chocolate and more filling! They also have chocolate covered banana slices that are very reasonable.
