Yeah. It's a great replacement for ground beef. You can also try ground chicken, which is a little moister and easier to cook. Also lower in fat and calories than beef. I LOVE ground chicken. The only problem is it can be really hard to find at the grocery stores sometimes.

I started running in intervals in the past week. It has really pushed me physically and I've enjoyed it...but I've been getting horrible headaches toward the end of my work-outs and last night I almost vomited after my workout! I never felt that sick before...I drink lots of water during the run...I only workout about 40…

I'm 5'5 and went from 155lbs to 130lbs...my goal is 125lbs too. You're taller than me but we have the same goal. Now that I have hit 130lbs I have been able to maintain it for a little over a year...I'm still working on that last five pounds...which has been the biggest challenge...I can't seem to break the 130…

I have a hard time getting all of my calories in everyday when I work out...I feel like I'm eating too much...I count my calories and pay attention to what I'm eating...but I don't force myself to eat all of my calories if I don't want them.

I started doing intervals too! I read some article about it last week and decided to try it...my treadmill shows that I lose less calories...but I run less when I do intervals than when I'm jogging...What I read online is that intervals are a good way to lose inches off of your butt and legs and you burn calories faster…

I TIVO my favorite shows and watch them while I walk on the treadmill. I get so into the Bachelor that an hour flies by without me realizing that I burned 300 + calories.
