About 300 pounds when I started/finished last fall. Will be starting again this spring and back up to almost 300. I could definitely feel it on my body as I lost weight, but nothing like making it hard on myself.

Couch 2 5K program. I hated running with a passion. My girlfriend at the time and I signed up for a 5k to try out. I did the whole C25K program and ran my first 5k last year.
